for governments, across the Global . Funding sources include institutional
finance, venture capital, aid packages, and grants-
for all of which there is a well developed, extensive range of connections, including
access to major institutions and large “banks” of potential equity partners
worldwide seeking suitable investment propositions.
Funding
has successfully been arranged for a variety of situations: start-ups, acquisitions,

initial due diligence and processing fee followed by a success fee, whilst confidentiality

good standing, through our funding connections and sources worldwide.
2.Purposes: Start-ups, acquisitions, mergers,
expansions, new projects, infrastructure development, consolidation, restructuring,
refinancing, working capital, research and development, management buy ins/outs. For other

Type of Finance Available:
From US $5 million to US $ 1 billion or equivalent (although amounts below US $5m and in
excess of US $1bn. may be considered according to case) through:
Grants/Aid/
Government Guaranteed Packages/Schemes.
Asset-based
(secured)/ Guaranteed Finance: term loans and mortgages up to 25 years, leasing, trade
finance at interest rates currently varying, from 5-11% p.a. for US $ accordingto each case, risk
assessment, security/guarantees offered, and subject to negotiation.
Equity
Investment/Venture capital: Shareholding can vary, with exit for investor usually after
3-5 years, and board directorships possibly having to be offered. Terms vary on a
case-by-case basis, according to proposition and negotiation.
